This is a Star Wars Galactic Heroes Obi Wan Kenobi figure, from the Clone Wars, dressed in clone armor. He is dated 2007, is approximately 2 inches tall, and comes as shown, with no packaging or anything else. He has wear, particularly some paint rubs, from normal handling. See pictures for details.

For old school payment methods, the preferred means would be Postal Money Order (that includes International Postal Money Orders as well, which buyers outside the U.S. should be able to purchase at their respective post offices).
