Siemens & Halske Company early 1940s Karbowid Resistor. Used, with several blemishes, see photos. WW2 era.
Resistance measured as 9.6k. Size : body 36mm dia, length 162mm. Weight 270g
I do not know power rating but estimate 25 - 50 W.
