Kollektiv avtorov The purpose of the series is to publish the results of the latest research on the history of architecture and urban planning in Russia, the proceedings of the annual scientific conference of the same name, as well as the works of students and postgraduates of the specialized departments of Russian higher education institutions. The collections present materials on various topics, such as the history of creation of little-known monuments, development of regional architectural traditions; identification of new attributions, attraction of previously unknown archival sources; issues of architectural and planning development of historical cities, formation of ensembles; theoretical historical and architectural problems, biographies of architects, creative methods and concepts. The articles are usually based on previously unpublished materials, obtained from surveys and measurements of monuments, studies of central and local archives, museums and library collections.
