The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long & weighs 86 gr.

This is in fair condition but I see the following: Page 5/6 is ripped at the binding. Page 35/36 has most of it cut-out and missing.

I see no writing or marking in the Magazine except as noted above. The Covers are in fair condition with minor folding, scuffing and denting.
