Ruthin Castle Singers - MEDIAEVAL BANQUETS MB 100 - “Mediaeval Banquets”. The record is in excellent minus condition with a couple of very short scratches causing a few pops. The jacket is excellent. A scarce 1969 album of songs from Wales. Side one is a recreated banquet setting with live entertainment. Side two is more studio-like. A large selection of Welsh songs. Also included is a booklet of twenty poems by one of the producers of this record, Bernard Woolford, entitled “Twenty Poems by a Well-Known Nobody”. I believe this booklet of poems may have been inserted by a previous owner, who likely obtained the booklet of poems around the same time as the recording.
