This auction is for a Royal Mail Commemoration of Diana, Princess of Wales First Day cover with a Kensington, London FDI pictorial cancellation dated 3 February 1998.
The condition of the cover can be seen in the photograph. It is unaddressed on the front but bears an address label on the reverse and is in a scruffy condition.
