I  cannot feel any  of the scratches or scuffs.  cover  is in  Good+ condition with wear  especially on the corners and ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back of the cover.   Cover has a cut out mark that affects the front and back of the cover.      3 bent corners.
