This is a very old unused black & white/sepia postcard of View of the Nith at Glencaple Village Near Dumfries, Showing Criffel in Background. I don't know the exact age of this card, but it must be from the very early 1900s, as it asks for a halfpenny stamp, which was the postage rate at that time. It was published by R Grieve & Sons, Dumfries, numbered 77 and the card is in very good condition - no creases or obvious marks (other than faint album marks), with only slight scuffing to some corners.
