ALL GRADING IS VISUAL.    Record Company Sleeve     is in  very Poor  condition with   heavy wear  especially on the corners and heavy ringwear. There are wrinkles/crease on the front and back of the sleeve.  There are heavy stains on the front and back of the sleeve.   There are many tears on the front and back of the sleeve. There is a  big tear on the  back of the sleeve.  4 bent corners. There  are  many wear  and tear places  on the top, bottom, front, back , and  both sides of the sleeve.
