Great *RARE* COMPLETE SET of six antique French fine binding hardback books from 1814 containing the memoirs of Maximilien de Bethune, Duke of Sully. Volumes 1 to 6. Text of books are in French language. Photo 1 shows missing sections to some of the spine covers. Photo 3 shows a split along the spine cover of volume 1. Photo 12 shows that the back cover of volume 2 is missing. Photo 13 shows that the front cover of volume 3 has almost detached. Photos 20 & 21 show splitting on the spine edge of volume 5. Page binding and pages inside each book are in superb condition especially as the books are 210 years old.

NOTE: THIS IS THE ONLY 1814 COMPLETE SET FOR SALE ON LOCATED IN THE UK AT TIME OF LISTING!
