HOW IS IT USED 2?
Adults and children older than 10 years: 1-2 times a day 1 teaspoon, half an hour before or 2 hours after a meal. 10 minutes after application of the preparation, you should not take liquid, for better absorption of nutrients.
Children from 3 to 10 years: Half a teaspoon 2x a day, half an hour before or two hours after a meal.
