pfas172 This is a superb opportunity to secure this vintage hand signed ITV The Bill early cast card photo for Peter Ellis as Chief Supt Charles Brownlow in the cult TV show who has hand signed the photo where his signature rests perfectly accompanying the portrait - reverse has very small piece of transparent tape to its upper edge from former album storage otherwise bar small places this is great condition - the signing is extremely rare on this particular early cast card (he had later cast cards easier to find) and it is undedicated too.
