 Record comes plain white cover.  Record also  comes  wraparound insert  used as the picture for the record. 

RECORD WILL BE INSURED. ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Record  is in Good+ with scratches and scuffs.   Scratches  and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I  cannot feel any  of the scratches or scuffs.     cover  is in  Good  condition with   wear  especially on the corners and ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back of the cover.     4 bent corners.     The wraparound insert  used as the picture for the record is in Good  condition with   wear  especially on the corners and ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back of the insert.  One  corner of the inert that is bent over to the back side of the cover has been bent .  The bend leaves creases that affect the front and back of the flap of the insert.
