Original 9 7/8 inch x 7 7/8 inch Black and White Still of JOHN HUSTON in pensive mood for the 1952 John Huston Drama MOULIN ROUGE, based on the novel by Pierre La Mure.

Huston’s vibrant biopic of post-Impressionist artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec focuses on the garish colours, wild times and wayward characters captured so vividly in his paintings of late 19th century Montmartre.

The still is in good to very good condition with a light stain in the lower large border and down the thin left border and a cast list taped to the reverse.
