Maojwei Gasket for 3102-6 Military Spec for Box Mount Receptacle New
This gasket is “New Old Stock” and it has never been used.
The gasket is a type 3102-6 made by Maojwei in China. It seems to be the same as a 10-40450-14 by Amphenol (I think). The gasket would go between the box mount connector and the box it is mounting on to help keep moisture out of the box.
I was talking to a friend of mine, who is a communications technician with the government, and he says that they use this type of connectors on Pelican boxes (moisture resistant suitcase style box) for portable electronics like two way radios and computers.
There are no manufacture markings on the gasket.
The gasket measures approximately 1-3/16 inches (3 cm) square X 1/16 inches (0.1 cm) thick.

The gasket is made out of a type of rubber.
The gasket is stored in a poly bag. It will be shipped in a padded envelope.
I found the gasket, and the connectors that go with it, in a box I had bought from an estate sale.
