Adams, 37 Davies Street, Mt Pleasant, Porth Rhondda, Wales and with double circle Porth Rhondda receipt postmarks on 2 July 1938 on two red 1d To Pay and green ½d To Pay stamps and with large 2½d I.S.G. frank.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps.
