You can always make an offer on the stamp you want I will always reply with a reason if the pricing is not correct in my eyes.
The big problem at this moment is that when I started on Ebid I had copied my sales from another expensive website with a lister. Most of those sales from the beginning are too high due to the including of the high charges from the other website in the price of the stamp.
I have also reviewed the stamp of this dog to a price without those charges. But let me know what would be the price that you want to pay for this stamp.
I am always at your disposal for any further information.
