This is a very old unused black & white/sepia postcard of Strathan Bay, Lochinver. I don't know the exact age of this card, but it looks it is from the early 1900s. It is an R A Excellence Series Real Photograph Post Card by The R A (Postcards) Ltd, London, numbered 4112 and the card is in very good condition - no creases or obvious marks, even the corners remain mostly sharp.
