ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Record  is in  Poor condition with scratches, factory defects,   and scuff.  Scratches, defects,  and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot feel any of the scratche,  or scuffs.  There are  2 chips i n the outermost rim of the record.  I can feel the  chips.  Chips will  affect the start of the record.  Both labels   have wear.  There is a big section of the outermost rim that is very rough to the touch.
