Maria Stader, soprano / Otto Wiener, Baritone / Choir of St. Hedwig’s Cathedral / Berlin Motet Choir with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Fritz Lehmann - DECCA DX 136 (DL 9820/21) - “Brahms: A German Requiem, Op. 45”. The records appear near excellent, but seem to have a little more noise; very good plus to excellent minus. The gatefold inner jacket is excellent. The slipcase has a sticker damaged spot, some soiling, a wee bit of pen, and a piece of tape at the lower right corner and a bit of wear. A scarce old double album.
