LILAC CHINTZ - compote - LEFTON
This LILAC CHINTZ COMPOTE made by LEFTON is one of the VERY HARD TO FIND items. It has a gorgeous lilac print with yellow daffodils and shades of blue and lavender lilacs on the inside of the dish and gold trim around the scalloped rim and on the detachable pedestal. There is a gold floral design combined with lattice work on the side of the bowl. This is approximately 7 ½” across and 4 ½” tall.
This compote has the famous blue and gold crown used 1956-1967, a Lefton label used 1956-1966 and the number KF130 on the bottom of both the bowl and the pedestal.
This compote appears to be in EXCELLENT condition, as I can find no gold loss, chips, cracks or crazing.
