• Condition: Excellent – the only possible issue is the heading “CORRIS MINE EXPLORERS” on the reverse looks slightly faint, but maybe it is meant to be like that. The leaflet is made of card. See images for full condition.
• Comments: The Corris craft centre is near the village Welsh village of Corris, and forms part of Arthur’s Labyrinth leisure/tourist attraction. Resident craft experts work on a variety of crafts like candles, jewellery, pottery, glass ware, gin, herbal remedies etc. It is really quite an interesting place to visit as you can also take a ride in a boat through some abandoned slate mine tunnels or take a ride on a short narrow gauge railway. Definitely worth a stop off if visiting the Welsh coast one of these days. By the way, “Corris” is derived for the Welsh name for a female dwarf – and the people who live there are hardy highlands folk.
