Postally used on 22 August 1913 with unclear double circle cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mrs Mellor, 53 Dunbar Road, Milton, Portsmouth, Hampshire, England.
Fairly good condition, with some corner bumps, but scuff to bottom left corner, small creases to bottom right corner, crease to top right corner and 3mm tear and crease to right centre of top edge.
