The stamp is correct for the period, genuine Indian postmark in India. The postmark altered from 8 characters to 6.

The KUWAIT overprint is forged and measures 15mm. Genuine overprint measures 15.5mm.

Part of the overprint is over the cancel, hence been applied later to a used stamp.

From a well cared for collection since 1980.  Any faults or marks on stamps occured prior to acquisition.

For individual mint stamps offered these will be mint hinged unless stated otherwise. 

For mint stamps in a selection or range they generally will be unchecked and may have faults thins adhesions etc, any MNH regard them as a bonus.
