"A.I.M. for the Top!" Story by Bill Mantlo. Art by Sal Buscema and Joe Sinnott. A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics) attempts to assassinate their mechanical creation Modok but the sinister monster escapes vowing revenge. Meanwhile, the Abomination, against his wishes, attacks Bruce Banner hoping to slay him. When he fails yet again, he makes off with Dr. Kate Waynesboro. Confronted by General Ross and Betty, the Hulk must make a decision that will change everything. 32 pages.
