House With Subsidence Disaster Coal Rag & Bone Man Real Photo Disaster Postcard

bw119 Antique early 1900s postcard which I can only relay what I am seeing which is a man from an open house upstairs window that seems to have nearly reached downstairs so clearly a house with subsidence and maybe the moving of all the bags and sacks is related too (its either a rag and bone man outside or a coal merchant) - the owner waves in his braces - it is a beautiful old character card real photo circa 1905 and bar a little light surface is mostly otherwise great condition so overall I grade vg+++ and unposted too
