Original British 11 inch x 17 inch Double-Sided Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1950 Roy Kellino Crime Drama GUILT IS MY SHADOW, based on the novel “You’re Best Alone” by Norah Lofts and starring Peter Reynolds, Elizabeth Sellars, Lana Morris, Patrick Holt, Lawrence O’Madden, Esma Cannon, Wensley Pithey, Avice Landone, Aubrey Woods, Willoughby Gray and Desmond Llewelyn.
After a failed bank robbery the getaway driver flees to the Devon countryside and the farm of his uncle.
On the reverse is the 1950 Re-Release 11 inch x 8 1/2 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1945 Edward Dmytryk World War II Drama BACK TO BATAAN starring John Wayne, Anthony Quinn, Beulah Bondi, Lawrence Tierney, Paul Fix, Abner Biberman and Vladimir Sokoloff.
In 1942, after the fall of the Philippines to the Japanese, U.S. Army Col. Joseph Madden stays behind to organize the local resistance against the Japanese invaders.
