ALL GRADING IS VISUAL.  Graded  USED  because of the condition of the cover.  Record  and cover are mostly sealed.  there are several factory holes on the front of the shrinkwrap.  2 corners not sealed.  cover   is in  Poor  condition with   heavy  wear  especially on the corners and   heavy    ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases and   on the front and back of the cover.     There is a long crease on the front and back of the cover.  4 bent corner. .     

 Record will be sent in a polysleeve between two filler pads.
