The collection of postscripts, published after the death of O. Henry (1862-1910), includes folklore, sketches, and humorous notes he wrote for the Houston Post, where O. Henry has been running the eponymous Some Postscripts column since 1895. The first edition of these stories is in Russian. Anatoly DAktil is a pseudonym for Soviet poet and playwright Anatoly Adolfovich Frankel (1890-1942), who worked extensively as a text writer for Leonid Utesov, translated Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, several stories by O.
