Published by E.A. Sweetman & Son, Tunbridge Wells, Sunshine Series, No 2175.
Postally used on 27 July 1928 with double circle Lynton cancellation on red one penny stamp and sent to Miss D. Tipple, Burlesdon House, 4 Villiers Road, Southsea.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but a few light knocks to the centre of the bottom edge.
