ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Record  is in  Poor condition with scratches, factory defects and scuff.  Scratches, defects,  and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot feel any of the scratches,  or scuffs.   I can feel  a defect in the dead wax.  Defect will affect the play of the record. if played to the label.    Both labels have  heavy wear.  Both labels have heavy stains.
