CHAU1772  A rare large 10"x 8"  hand signed autograph for Liberal MP David Steel accompanying this historic quotation, which David Steel has personally signed with his signature resting perfectly besides the quotation undedicated and bar centrally folded from where originally posted this is otherwise mint condition.
