Stainless Steel with Blue Alloy this oxidises easily to create a warm and sweet taste which helps with bit acceptance and encourages salivation. Please note the blue colour will fade with use.
Loose ring cheeks can discourage fixing and leaning as it has much more movement than a fixed cheek. The loose brass alloy discs in the centre can help to soothe a fussy tongued horse.
The oxidizing process rusts the blue alloy so for long life, wash the bit after every use in warm water and appy a thin layer of vegetable oil. Store in a dry enviroment
