One flexible synthetic rubber coil top cover to protect HT and LT connections in damp weather. I think some cars of the era had them fitted as standard. It's stretchy where it fits over the coil top and will fit all standard sized Lucas coils having the low tension terminals offset from the centre line.
Like several of my ex autojumble tray parts I cannot be certain if it's new old stock or used, so listed as the latter and in any case suitably priced.
