CH-90 Video Divider with Antenna, Power Pack & A/V Cable
Not sure what this is. I can’t find any information on Google for this CH-90 Video Divider.
CH-90 Video Divider.
This was in a box a friend gave to me when he cleaned out his garage.
It comes with a power pack and a short Audio/Video cable.
The device powers up as the LED glows when plugged in and the switch is turned on. The Battery plug looks as if it has never been used as it still has a red sticker on one terminal. The Divider looks like it can be run off of a standard 9V battery as well as the 12V adapter.
I have not tested this device as I don’t know what it is or what it is supposed to do.
This unit is a transistor device, it looks to predate IC’s and definitely is newer than the vacuum tube age, so as a guess I would date it 1970 to 1975.

There are no other markings on the device.
The Video Divider measures: 8.5 X 7 X 2 cm (3¼ X 2¾ X ¾ inches) Excluding screws, and Plugs etc.
The Antenna length is 11 cm (4 ¼ inches) collapsed and it is 47.6 cm (18¾ inches) extended.
The antenna unscrews from the divider and will be shipped that way.
The Video Divider weighs 161 gr (5.6 Oz).
The AC Adapter is a Model Number DIA3512: Input 120V 60Hz 6W; Output 12V DC. The plug on it is 5.5 mm with + center. The adapter measures 5.5 X 4.3 X 3.5 cm (2-1/8 X 1-5/8 X 1-3/8 inches). The cord is 188 cm (74 inches) long. The Adapter weighs 166 gr (5.9 Oz).
The Audio/Video cable is terminated in Male RCA plugs on each end and is 91.5 cm (36 inches long) and weighs 37 gr (1.3 Oz).
Total weight is 364 gr (12.8 Oz) and will ship in a small box (15 X 15 X 8 cm). Shipping weight will be 490 gr.
