Great antique fiction fine binding hardback book by Charles Dickens. Photo 3 shows the lovely gold gilt page edges. Photo 7 shows that the initial pages including title page are missing. Photos 16 & 17 show the advertising pages at the back of the book for Walter Scott publishers so this must be a Walter Scott publication which means this was published in the 1880s on 1884 or 1885. Photo 2 shows that the spine covering is missing. Photo 5 shows a split along the cover spine edge so front cover feels a bit fragile. Page binding and pages inside are in nice condition especially as the book is around 139 years old.
