Excel Series, No 14.
Postally used on 28 May 1940 with Jersey cancellation, stamp removed, and sent to Mrs H. Cook of Bournemouth.
Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but tiny part of bottom right corner missing, a couple of light creases to right hand side and some pencil marks to the back.
