ALL GRADING IS VISUAL.  record  is in Good- condition with scratches  and scuffs.  Scratches, factory defect,   and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot feel any the  scratches or scuffs.  There is a defect on the outermost rim on one side of the record. I can feel the defect. Defect will affect the start of the record. Both labels have   heavy wear.
