Lucas Spares List, New Vehicle Specification, NVS 1789, 1961 for the newly introduced BMC Austin A60 Cambridge (rounded rear fins.)
On a double-sided, single page, unillustrated sheet it provides a complete list of Lucas major units fitted to this model followed by some component part numbers of those units. E.g. Control Box, Distributor, Generator, Lighting Units, Starter Motor, Wiper System, etc, etc. (Includes Girling p/nos for brake components.) This now scarce NVS document would have been superseded by the next full year Lucas CCE900L booklet for BMC models with instructions to the dealer to destroy it. Fortunately for those interested in the historical aspects of this model's initial build specification it has survived.
