This is an old unused colour postcard from the 1960s of Arduaine Post Office and Loch Melfort Hotel (opening spring 1967). It is by Marcus Johnston, numbered CT.412 and the card is in very good condition - no creases or obvious marks (other than a couple of very minor ones), with only slight scuffing to some corners.
