• General Comments: Started off as the Plymouth School of Navigation in 1962, became a Polytechnic in 1970 and finally a University in 1992. Notable Alumini include: TV broadcaster Monty Halls and Ceredigion MP Mark Williams. Would be ideal for anyone (or a friend/relative of) who had their photo taken for this prospectus. Or for anyone who graduated from who wants a nice souvenir of what the university is getting up to these days. Might be useful for other Universities who are putting together a prospectus, in order to see what design their rivals have tried using in the past.
