Alfreda Thoroughgood Ballerina Ballet Old Signed Autograph

PFAS09    A rare personal hand signing from ballerina Alfreda Thoroughgood from a vintage ballet autograph book which rests perfectly on the 5" x 4" souvenir undedicated and in outstanding condition.  Please see all my other early ballet autographs from this same collection.

Alfreda Thoroughgood trained at the Royal School in London, before joining its touring company (1960); danced with Royal Ballet on tour in Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, and Ashton's The Two Pigeons created roles for Geoffrey Cauley's Symphonie Pastorale and Beginning (1969), and Tudor's Knight Errant (1968); joined Royal Ballet proper (1970), where she performed numerous principal female roles, including Swanilda and Aurora, to great acclaim.
