We are the parts side of the Mr Injector UK business, supplying fuel injector rebuild kits worldwide.
All of our kits are assembled in the UK.
Our kits fit perfectly, this is because they are injector specific and NOT universal kits.
The seals are exacting in grade of Viton for your injector; 70-90 Shore rated.
Mr Injector UK services a wide range of petrol injectors - standard port, high pressure (GDI, FSI, etc), Siemens / Bosch Piezo, side feed, K Jetronic, air-assisted, hose to rail injectors from the 1960s onwards (including seized injectors) and cold start injectors. Seal kit 99
Here we have our Seal Kit 99 for Bosch 0261500013 high pressure injectors fitted to Alfa Romeo JTS.
The kit includes Teflon bushes, high pressure seals and spacers.
The upper seals are Viton with higher rating hardness than standard port injectors of 95shA to deal with the higher pressure.
Seal Kit 99 for 4 cylinders, included are:
8 x high pressure Viton seals
8 x spacers
4 x Teflon bushes
Please note that a swaging tool is needed to install the Teflon bushes onto the lower shaft of the injector, your local Alfa/Vag dealer will have this tool or a local Asnu agent. Do not replace the injectors without the new lower Nylon/Teflon bushes because gasses will escape, they must be replaced each time the injectors are removed.
These are exacting components tried and tested, manufactured for Mr Injector UK.
