Published by C. Angerer & Göschl, Wien for the Österreichischer Flottenverein, Wien IX, not numbered, 1912.
Postally used, stamp with cancellation removed, and sent to Madame Carola Bugyan of Pécs.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but 3mm tear to centre of left edge, light knock to top left corner and some surface damage to the bottom centre of the back.
