This book is an attempt to explain the basics of Ayurveda to Russian readers, so that they can consciously use Ayurvedic medicines and, if they wish, move to a higher level of Ayurveda training in the future without problems. This is not a guide to the treatment of other people, because Ayurveda, like any other fundamental medical system, requires long training at a specialized university (which nowadays is feasible only in India).
