The paper is ordinary. Lazarev Institute of Oriental Languages was founded in Moscow in 1815 as a private Armenian Lazarev School at the expense of the wealthy Armenian family Lazarin (Lazarev). Their main goal was to create a higher education institution for Armenians (Russians also had such an opportunity).
