Item description:

Here for sale are 4 NEW Titanium nitride coated caliper piston made of Ti-6Al-4V.

Size is 29.92mm in diameter, 19.96mm in height, and 2.48mm in piston wall thickness. Weight only 22.7g each.

Titanium's thermal conductivity is less than 10% of aluminum, and prevents the brake fluid temp. from rising up.

The low thermal conductivity effectively suppresses deterioration and hardening of the piston seal, thus increasing the lifespan of the caliper seal, and extend the overhaul cycle.

The material used is titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V, commonly known as 64 titanium (grade 5).

The superior strength, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance of the material ensure that the relevant parts are joined together, ensuring the best possible driving performance.

It also reduces the weight of the lower part of the bike and improves the bike's performance characteristics (braking force, acceleration).
