Great 1ST EDITION hardback book from 1997 by Colonel Walter J Boyne on the history of the United States Air Force from 1947 to 1997. Contains photos. Published in the USA. Binding and pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 27 years old.
Including a number of interesting photographs, this comprehensive history of the Air Force examines its leaders, victories, and flight technology, from the earliest incarnations to today's stealth bomber.
