Great 1ST US EDITION vintage LARGE fiction hardback book from 1975 by Andre Brink. Photo 15 shows a tear to the dust jacket edge but binding and pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 50 years old.
Banned for many years in the author's native South Africa, Looking on Darkness tells the story of actor Joseph Malan as he awaits execution for the murder of his white lover.
