For sale is a Poor (1) 1969 Topps Card # 115 featuring Bill Hands of the Chicago Cubs. Pictures are of the actual card; Corners are lightly dinged; Light scuffing, scratches & modest surface wear in photo upon close inspection; Printing blemishes within photo; Borders are off-white; Card is slightly off-center on front & off-center top to bottom on the backside; Discoloration & scuffing on backside of card; Pen mark (appears to be) in border near card number; Small piece of foreign paper attached to card above Bill’s name on the backside.
